Location: the hotel was just off the castle and the tourism office, the centre of Caen and many restaurants and bars. Spent our evenings in nearby Le Napoli, especially when it was hot outside. All in all we loved good sized room with excellent bed, good shower, for example.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the castle and many dining options right around the corner. The staff were helpful, especially the manager who made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean, although small, typical for a boutique setting. I appreciated the comfortable beds, but the lack of air conditioning was tough. Opening the windows for fresh air brought in a lot of street noise at night. The breakfast setup was nice, and they provided a quick solution when the breakfast room was crowded. There were some fantastic aspects, but the noise and lack of cooling made it tricky.

The quadruple room featured a newly renovated, spacious shower which was a highlight for the family. Breakfast offered a good spread of grilled options. The absence of air conditioning made the room too warm at night, and some street noise disrupted our sleep despite having windows open. While the location was fantastic for accessing local dining and attractions, parking proved challenging without direct hotel options.

Super helpful staff and great spot!
We stayed for a night and were super impressed by how friendly the staff was. They helped us with everything from check-in to finding local cafes. The room was cozy, but a bit hot even though we turned the radiator off. It's in a perfect spot for exploring Caen, right by the shopping and castle area. Just wish there was some A/C.

The hotel was conveniently located near the heart of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly staff provided an overall pleasant experience.
The absence of air conditioning can be problematic, especially in warmer weather when street noise makes it hard to sleep with windows open.

A decent getaway for couples
The staff were very friendly and helpful , made the check-in process smooth. Had some significant comfort in the larger family room they moved us to after the first night.
It was a bit pricey for the experience, but not outrageous for what we got.
